Our Core Team
Irimana Enterprises Ltd is a people-focused business. The Company team members are family-based professionals who work singularly and collaboratively on projects in support of groups and corporate organisations with a strong community spirit. The team also provides business advisory and mentoring services to SMEs, especially those that assist with indigenous economic developments. The core team members have a diverse family heritage comprising New Zealand Maori, Tongan, Indian and English.
Johnny is the Managing Director for Irimana Enterprises Ltd and holds academic qualifications in Land Surveying from University of Otago, NZ (1971), Town Planning from University of Auckland, NZ (1973) and Business Administration from Monash University, Australia (1989). He has extensive experience in land administration and cultural enterprises including tourism and has held various senior positions with both the New Zealand Government and Maori organisations.
Leah leads the research and analysis team for Irimana Enterprises Ltd. Leah holds Honours in Tourism Management (2008) and Bachelor Commerce and Administration (2007) with double major in Maori Business and Human Resource Management from University of Victoria, New Zealand. In addition to her disciplined research skills, Leah has managerial experience in providing administrative support for the delivery Maori tourism mentoring, travel consultancy and the hospitality industry.
Our Other Team Members
Our other Team Members provide specialist support services to Groups, SMEs and Corporate organisations with their executive meetings and events. The Team also provides advisory and mentoring services to SMEs in tourism, hospitality and merchandising.

Selena has extensive experience in planning and coordinating support services for groups and corporate organisations. She provides secretariat services, organises executive group meetings/workshops and coordinates planning for conferences and seminars.

Winston specialises in food and beverage services where excellent customer service is essential. He assists organisations with the coordination and supervision of food and beverage services for their corporate events.

Cynthia specialises in retail merchandising. She assists corporate organisations with securing gifts and other products for corporate events and also provides practical advice to SME retail merchandising businesses.
Anita specialises in social rehabilitation services and advises community focused organisations concerned with providing support for at-risk people. She has social services work experience in both UK and New Zealand including Personal Care agencies responsible for live in care to elderly in the UK and management of probation services in NZ. Anita has travelled widely experiencing other cultures in India, Nepal, Morocco and Europe. She holds Bachelor of Arts (2000), majoring in criminology and anthropology from Victoria University of Wellington, NZ.
